Superb experience. Nothing was too much trouble for the whole team. The car was polished to within an inch of its life and then some. Any slight blemish and the whole team sprung into action and it was gone. All the paperwork, including tax was sorted while I sat there drinking excellent coffee. Friendly, no pressure sales team. Would defiantly use again and recommend without hesitation

I had not bought a car since the year 1996 so was really unsure what to expect from Crystal Cars. Well no issues there at all. The team went through what options I had with my budget and at no time was I unsure or pushed into any deal. They have a great selection of cars for all budgets. The managers explained clearly the deposit scheme once I had selected a car. Again test driven and fully checked by myself so I was in full control. On the day of purchase it was as smooth as one would like. Straight forward and clear what I had to pay for road tax etc. I had already used a insurance provider they recommended so all went well.
